Arondizuogu Patriotic Union HQ/Civic Centre.
Proposed as the Administrative Headquarters of Arondizuogu Patriotic Union (APU). The center is to provide offices for the Executive Committee of the Union, museum, Hall of Fame, Meeting Halls and spaces for both Entertainment and Sporting activities in addition to providing an Arena for the annual ARONDIZUOGU DAY of 27th December.
